The WakaStellar range's design, development, operation and maintenance activities, including WakaStart, are covered by ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification (Cybeval certificate no. CYBEVAL-SMSI-082025-003 valid from 28/08/2025 to 27/08/2028) and HDSv2 certification for activities 4, 5 and 6 (CYBEVAL-HDS-042026-0001 certificate valid from 15/04/2026 to 14/04/2029). These certificates are currently drawn up on behalf of JDS CONSEIL, the holding company of the group; their transfer on behalf of WakaStellar is under way with the certifying body. Cybeval is accredited by the Cofrac under number 4-0656.
The certified perimeter covers the design, development, operation and maintenance of the range. An application developed for a customer and hosted on our production infrastructure enters this perimeter. The customer's ISO/IEC 27001 certification, for its own management system, remains its responsibility: we deliver an application and operation in accordance with the corresponding requirements, documented for its audit.
WakaStellar is not an entity directly subject to NIS2 Directive. On the other hand, our customers must verify the compliance of their suppliers with regard to the security of their supply chain: our ISO/IEC 27001 certification and our documentation respond to these verifications. Furthermore, the B2B solutions we develop for end customers are designed to be compatible with the NIS2 requirements to which these customers are subject.

Accommodation is provided by OVHcloud, exclusively in France, on the sites of Strasbourg, Gravelines and Roubaix, with premium support. The entire production infrastructure is deployed on an HDS-certified OVHcloud offer, including for customers only required by ISO 27001: the technical base is identical and retained at its highest level of safety.
