The Schirra family group, in charge since 2010.
Co-director of the Schirra family group, Jannick Schirra heads the JDS CONSEIL holding alongside Denis Schirra. It supports the stability of the group and the governance of its companies, including WakaStellar.
Denis Schirra founded JDS CONSEIL in 2010 in La Chevrolière, with one conviction: to build software that holds the road, technically, safely and contractually. Fifteen years of projects later, he formalizes with the team the Cybercoding method, a forge of AI agents that integrates safety requirements by design. He signs the technical and methodological content of the site.
Those who accompany you, from the first exchange to the online release.
Florelle Schirra manages the communication and marketing of WakaStart: site, content, campaigns, press and partnerships. Trained in Audencia and then in Sup de Com, she spent five years at SoWeSign, a software publisher, until the position of Director of Communications, before founding her consulting firm. She is also a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Matthieu Tanasescu is the sales representative of WakaStart. He supports companies, publishers and CIOs from the first exchange until signature: need, scope, proposal and commitment to results. He organizes the Waka Audit with the technical teams.
Théo Neron manages customer projects once the framework has been signed: planning, coordination between the customer and the technical teams, monitoring of deliverables until they go online.
Each build goes through a security validation before production.
Jordan Le Roux is the Head of Information Systems Security. It validates the security of each build, follows the ISO 27001, HDS and NIS2 requirements and answers questions from your own RSSIs.
The team that designs, builds, operates and hosts your applications.
Jeff Roussel leads the development: architecture, generation and code review of each project. Certified Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor ISO 27001, it makes the link between the code and the requirements of the standard.
Thomas Pelletier is responsible for infrastructure and hosting: OVHcloud in France, Kubernetes clusters, backups, supervision and service continuity.
Cyprien Brisset is a developer and Chief Data Operator. It monitors project data: database recovery and migration, in particular from HFSQL to PostgreSQL, health checks and table-by-table compliance reports, so that no data is lost along the way.
